The three evenings in the award-winning Fairview Dining Room showcase Shelton Vineyards on Wednesday, Sept. 10, Stewart Cellars on Tuesday, Oct. 7 and Marisco Vineyards on Wednesday, Nov. 5. During each event, guests will dine on a regionally inspired, multi-course menu superbly paired by Chef Jason Cunningham with handpicked wine selections from each winery. A 6:45 p.m. reception kicks off the 7 p.m. dinner.
